I've sent two emails with no response so I agree, they are crap. I think their 'custodian' is the bloke who cleans the office after they leave.

I contacted Price Bailey and IG and apparently they're going to sort it out between them as a corporate action (hallelujah), so I'm guessing the other brokers will be the same. Maybe no one found the form in time!

Under "Publications" they've added: "Letter to Members Requesting CREST Details." I naively thought they'd just divvy up the assets and put some money in my share account but it looks like we have to chase it up.

Yet another new vote request is showing up in my email today from IG: "TO GIVE AUTHORITY TO THE DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY TO TAKE ALL SUCH ACTION FOR CARRYING THE SCHEME INTO EFFECT AND TO AMEND THE ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION." The deadline is the 27th March - only giving people 4 days and hoping they're distracted by the weekend seems pretty nefarious.
