This S.P. requires another two years to get a very rewarding return to P.I.’s

By Just ignoring the local planning procedures
.which clearly stated :- no future action to be instigated without prior planning consent .
Retrospective planning applications,
was positively not the way to keep the local planning committee on side.
Hence expensive delays in proceeding to a un-successful conclusion .I.M.H.O..
