It’s the fact ORM are a cash shell. 5 million euros in the bank plus 30m Euros + retained losses meaning if they were to reverse takeover a private company who had say, bought an asset very cheaply, ORM mcap would likely jump - and rise is in speculation of that. Don’t be all coy, we all know the aim (and some of the most valuable stocks in the world) can rise on a good story and a hope, far more powerful than actual fundamentals

Very much doubt it would be a tech play given the history of the company and their experience... My only other thought if it’s an RTO - share could be suspended for a bit. So only play with what you’re willing to not be able to access for a while. If that is the case - it would likely be very worth it!

Obvious de-ramping and scaremongering. The annoying thing, even though I know he's trying to scare others into selling, it still elicitis that horrible feeling of fear in your gut. It's really under-hand and I hope he feels bad about it.

All I see is an opportunity to pick up some cheaper shares and make money on the rise back up to 1.9 twice...

This has got some serious legs to go IMO. Yes, always good to take profit to protect your captical, but I think it's far too soon. Any sniff of good news, which the plan is to arrive on the 7th, will push this past 3p and beyond.

Someone called up at the last AGM and they confirmed it wasn’t a delay due to Brexit, my expectation is news on the 7th. Also happy to be wrong and a rise coming into the 7th would obviously be welcome.
