I am very positive and confident MSC we see this through mainly due to the current green climate we have and the almost certain move to bioMSAR in time, it is even hopefully going to be part of the testing. With the success of the trials with that other shipping company, although it didn’t go commercial it still was successful I really would like to see Morocco be very successful to promote the industrial side of its potential. This again I hope provide the blueprint for many many others to jump along and yes those Edison figures on that revenue graph look very nice indeed. Indeed for me by even this year end I really hope to maybe see double figures in projects on the build, not just the 3 we have now. Interesting and hopefully very positive months ahead.

Lots to look forward to with MSC, added attractions 1. Hopefully multiple ships on test. 2. Income during trials 3. More importantly possibly for me , from the RNS is a hoping the 3 month Initial Activities will be the completed blueprint for all other `interested parties` to come and join the party. I will expect once the trial has begun a few more at least to join.

Initial activities under the JDA will include project initiation, definition, high-level scoping and feasibility activities ("Initial Activities") of the overall Trial. The Initial Activities are to be completed within 3 months.
Contingent on the outcome of the Initial Activities the parties will progress and define the project roadmap during Q2'21 in preparation for the execution of one or more Trials commencing in H2'21 on representative commercial vessels in MSC's global fleet ("Phase 1"). Upon completion and success of Phase 1, and subject to further agreement between the parties, the JDA envisages subsequent commercial roll-out across the MSC global fleet ("Phase 2").

Well as the dust settles, we have the money in the bank now and confidence in the future from Jason and Mike in the conference. Last chance traders IMO have just only the last Bergen tranche to get any real potential buy/sell trading left to go. Hopefully on an increasing SP the longer they leave the conversion the less shares they will get as well. Hopefully another TR1 maybe with someone or some other institution loaded up but really now hopefully not many real offloading death spirals ever to worry about. I would hope and expect nearly all current holders to take their allocation for the last million but after this is all cleaned up I can only expect blue skies ahead. Hopefully yes the months ahead will go to plan, minor hiccups can be expected but for me this next year or 2 couldn’t go quick enough. Next week for the final call on the final part of the raise. Let’s hope a splash of good news this month and then a tidal wave in H2.

I agree, I expect a breakout upwards on the spud announcements that are due hopefully very soon. I expect a breakout downwards if they announce any further funding. I expect a very gentle drift downwards if they miss the Q1 target for the drills. Not long left in March now so news must be very close. Mid April for me for blockbuster news hopefully and a lift hopefully back for an exit for some. Well that’s me. I will switch off from posting here until the next RNS now, hopefully it’s a really good one!

You are bang on Indigo, I am just more hopeful due to the shift towards the ‘greener’ side of life showing its face around the globe at the moment. Always has been the case of producer and user. Chicken and egg. I really believe once Morocco is underway, many others on the industrial side will follow. Likewise with MSC and shipping. For the USA and new prez I can only hope the new direction can just shift the balance from potential users to actual want to be users! If the scales have tipped in our favour then this next year really could be our year. Yes my fingers are crossed as well.

For me Indigo I think the opposite:) . Imo there are a lot of complexities and variables within the extraction process which could create a problem. I don’t know if there is a problem and I hope not and that they are just optimising the process. When sorted then I believe a customer could be found quite quickly, but yes just IMO. Let’s hope we both get our parts delivered when the time is right! It can only just add more value to the SP :)

Thinking the worst , IMO something must be up with Utah, I know they have to take time to get the samples right but we are now into March and the start up began in Jan. Just IMO of course and I hope for an RNS tomorrow but it certainly is taking time. Morocco I have full confidence in and am just really waiting for the fuel supplier to be announced. I would think they are timing the shipping of the kit and the fuel production to link in with COVID restrictions. As we know MSC is just admin now and not really affected by COVID. Hopefully some brucie bonus maybe along the lines also in the next few weeks months with BioMSAR, at the end of the day they seem very confident. 9, 9.5/10 seems good to me !

Again all this IMO, but a farm in for me needs to be tied up sooner rather than later. The licence discussions need to be tidied up and negotiations with the government need to be dealt with. If there is no real value in the available results then I would guess the license will lapse and oil will never be produced from the Bahamas even if there is a workable petroleum system. Mid April is a crunch time for these negotiations so that is why I have my comment of end April / May for deals to be done. After that then for me it’s a potential negative, game still on but unlikely. By then though let’s hope we have 2 juicy successes in the bag to build the SP

Ok Petro, here is an honest question. How long do you think we will have to wait for confirmation of any farm in agreement. Genuine question, H2 ? Later , earlier? Only IMO if nothing by the end of April/May then for me then no deal has been achievable? If results are very good then surely a deal would be concluded very quickly to move onto the next drill?

Yes I will run along when I please thanks very much. You want to name call then you just show yourself up for what you are. I have spare time today to chat about the rights and wrongs the ups and downs and the history and current facts available to us to debate. I am not attached to this free bb, as I have other things to do. I can switch off and wait for the next RNS, ask yourself are you addicted, desperate, especially if you only can see one side of the story. I am still invested as I believe this can recover but unfortunately I do not know as of yet how and what angle will the recovery come from. Will the Bahamas results keep the field in play, will they get the drills going again this quarter, will they have enough funds or will they have to raise. So many unanswered questions. Imo only a very quick traders would buy/sell here at the moment and the volume is right down which backs up my thoughts. Potential could be round the corner and I really am hoping they get these 2 drills up and running with mega results soon enough. Then if I get my money back I will sprint away from here as fast as I can and then be free from this journey. It’s been a blast and lessons learned.

Ahh bless, sadly you are the one getting worked up. Your posting history and narrative indicate the problems you have. Get help. I certainly am not the BB censor, that is a silly comment to make. I do not discourage debate but IMO you are the one who ramps this to the sky and just what if there is no farm in, what if the results just are not good enough? We had an exclusivity agreement in the past. What happened to that. Can you deal with the fact there might no be a farm in! We have not even had the full well results yet so let’s not get ahead of ourselves shall we.
Talk is cheap and actions speak louder than words, no action yet on the next 2 wells. Let’s see that first then get excited? Is there a problem we are not aware of. Why did the drill not go to TD, did they run out of money because of problems. Did you see that coming? This is why the SP is where it is. Can you see that or are have your rose tinted glasses blinded you to the potential worries some people may have?
Keep the ramping going, we hopefully will get a decent RNS soon enough I hope and you can then get on your mighty horse again and ramp away!
Grow up and debate the positives and the negatives. Only the actions will develop this SP now.

I have my notification and use IWEB, action required by midnight 17th March, with the long term potential here I will be taking my allocation and trying for a few more. This next year certainly could be the year we have all been waiting for I hope!

I am not clogging up the board day after day with non substance posts making a fool out of myself. I just deal with current facts and current Sp. Why have you not declared a TR1 yet then Bonum with all you purchases?. You are just embarrassing yourself. Give it a rest Petro/Bonum you really are getting so boring now with your ramping. Starchild I love your enthusiasm and keep up the good work but you must acknowledge and deal with the fact that the current SP is what it is. IMO without any crystal clear clarity of finances tidied up and future drill information delivered to the market, all the trust in the company and Mr Potter is currently gone. The history of the last year has IMO not put the company in a good light especially after all the information that has come from previous RNS`s (funding etc) . The future has potential we all know but until the water is clear we can only just sit and wait that news is good for those still invested.
1. There is no guarantee of any farm in until it is signed. History not good.
2. No clue on current funds until all parties are paid up and settled.
3. No current idea on current income/expenditure.
4. No idea on Spud dates, was Feb, now Q1 but still no firm dates.

IMO there are many more `unknowns` so currently with all these unknowns would you invest right now or just wait?

I like many others are sitting on a loss and might add if we get clarity but when you post `There is NO logical explanation to the current BPC SP/Mcap as its assets including cash are IMO worth more than its MCap.` You IMO need to see the current light. The £ party will always be on here just so long as the potential for signing commercial deals is available. The timelines are just unknown. Still early days in that timeline but for me it's a very long term hold. Let's see if Monday gives any further clues but if this year goes to plan I look forward to £1 rather than 1p

Just check out the valuation section and exhibit 9 for some potential streams of income. Work out what you may from a PE ratio but lets say the SP will move over time a considerable amount from where it is now after we hopefully get that first commercial contract down in ink.

Although I would like many eggs in the basket I am more than happy with the 3 that are currently in motion. Morocco I am hoping for some safe travel soon and then progress. Utah I am pushing further away down the road due to the other parties and MSC has a little over 2 months to get the process organised. What’s not to like? Green brother is positive, upbeat and hopefully further testing will demonstrate massive potential in other areas of use. Any more for me is just adding icing to the cake. Yes it would be great but to me the cake is cooking nicely with what we have so far. Let’s hope we cook these 3 eggs perfectly :)
