Let’s just wait and see what the farm in talks deliver shall we. Your small pathetic holding and years of ramping have done so well for heavily invested shareholders and yet you still continue. A drill that didn’t reach target depth because they ran out of cash, I really hope Pageofcups is right and a farm in of some sort definitely happens and if it doesn’t this will not get much higher for a long time as they need moneies from raises, simple. You really are so desperate you should be ashamed of yourself, but you are quite unique and very sad.
Again a simple hold for me as to far down to sell now. This really does need a really good deal done soon, but can potter be trusted or will his greed be the better of him. Reality is what reality is no one is risking here, let’s hope better data in that data room and in the coming weeks something to cheer about.

Expecting MSC first stage news next month. Should be either the first red or green light of the year! If we have got the admin right it's a great blueprint for others to follow

Hope your right Indigo :) , not expecting any news myself this month, yes some slight ups and downs on trading but just a good 15% lift gradually before month end. Any 15% daily lift will be very much enjoyed :)

Well as I am so pleased the company is cashed up for the immediate foreseeable future and any bioMSAR RNS could come out of the blue any day soon. I am going to have a bet with myself that we might just get 4p by month end! If not I will switch off until the next RNS news !

I agree Wonga, but investors had to put the money down in the first place, so what might they do when they get it back. Only 8% of extra shares and 3.4 oversubscribed. Salinger is right as well, everyone is different but as investors it’s a risk to hopefully try and get the SP to drop closer to 2.7 as any good news over the next few weeks or months and we will never see 4p again. 20% discount would be nice but knowing the potential here down the line it’s not worth quibbling about IMO. I am blinkered anyway. I have a seven figure holding and simply in this for the hopefully long positive ride ahead.

Wonga the OO shares ar3 not available to trade until tomorrow. As by the RNS there is an extremely large amount of excess cash in the system indicating people wanting shares. I would hope the price would rise in the next few days/weeks as we have plenty of hopefully value add news to deliver. If people wish to sell tomorrow onwards for a small gain then that is their choice however as all the shares went to actual investors we pretty much know the story and want the future to positively advance. Double figures IMO will certainly be on the cards with a few positive advances and maybe even Morocco a done deal. Cash in the bank and apart from the last Bergen conversion, what’s not to like.

Starchild has nearly more or even might have more shares than the volume yesterday. Enough said. No one selling , no one buying.

I agree with you Starchild that following a successful year that the SP should be much higher than current levels. However we are in March and nothing is scheduled to happen until May, 2 delays already and still no drill rig contract signed so no guarantees that they will meet this timeline yet. Results are not at least until June and the market knows this and can afford to wait IMO until action actually begins. To many problems with history and also as well uncertainty over current cash position, which hopefully should be cleaned up next month. I am not selling as maybe next month we might get an uplift with some form of farm in or license % sale. This IMO will not be a major as for my opinion if they were really interested why not just make BPC an offer. It’s MCAP is so low it would be pocket change if the potential was great enough. This for me makes me think a mid tier outfit may be interested but will potter still remain greedy? Licence discussions have to be held with the government, court case pending. What else is there that can throw also potential spanner’s in the works?
If I thought this would fail long term ie 6 months for me then I would sell out. Short term ie next 2 months, without a rabbit or really positive action IMO this is going nowhere. Happy to be proved wrong so let’s hope for big news in April or just action from May onwards.

Now if any or a lot of that extra cash goes into the market for shares maybe a blast upwards is on the cards. Money in the bank and hopefully away we go this year and next :)

Great work slicksandwets thank you very much. Nice reading, just think and hope for that RNS day hopefully next year if MSC agree to commercial terms. How many ships in the years to come could be on MSAR and throw in a mix of bioMSAR. The mind does drift sometimes :) How many would follow :)

Guess all you want, simples just wait for the RNS and the answers will be unveiled. Not much longer. Those who have extra cash available that have not been able to achieve their extra shares will soon have a choice on either buying on open market, keeping the cash or buying something else.
Just think after this has settled the company no longer for the foreseeable future need to raise any funds. Imo this is undervalued, so maybe we may push that 4p and upwards this month or early next as for me the potential upside far outweighs the risk and potential downside at the moment.
MSC report due next month. Maybe Morocco depending on travel restrictions. Maybe hopefully a big update on bioMSAR
Lots to look forward to in my book that is value add at the moment, let’s see what the RNS’s bring.

No far from it Starchild, you are very well invested and I add value into your posts if just a little for my own liking too positive due to history. As I stated before I am not selling or adding until much more clarification. April 16th hopefully is a news timeline but no guarantee but after that date hopefully much will be clearer. For me until we see all financials income/costs etc payments complete, I cannot put a real value on the SP but yes without any more dipping into the shares we have a low base to rise from. Everything should be value add from now on going forward I hope. Sorry but at the moment I do not trust Potter not to go back into the tin and part of the funding allows share payments etc so until his actions deliver I am extremely cautious here.
The real main happy clapper here has no shareholding of value so just like Harry, it can go on a bit to much and far to desperate.
In time you will be rewarded here I hope very well, but the current plan must go smoothly, history is not on your side at the moment but still a big rabbit could be those expected drill results yet . Good luck for us all

Re funding! The bar is currently 0.8p as per RNS from 16th Feb for the notes. This was changed from 2.5p and they are still in talks. It is not fully finalised at could be altered. That also does not mean there could be further raises at a lower price with a different facility . There is no guarantee this will go up to 0.8p like it did not go up to 2.5p pre drill. All IMO of course please read RNS data and look at history. For me big hold until much more clarity. Beware of happy clappers!

TBH I don’t think anybody knows anything about what they have got yet from the offer. We shall find out tomorrow the results and then by Tuesday they will IMO from my reading of the RNS distribute an extra allocation. I however only took my entitlement so cannot say about extra. But IMO it will be Tuesday before all this is tided up. I expect a few more ups and downs next week and then for me hopefully a build of SP in April for hopefully a brilliant H2 this year.

Bang on Zag, I would guess from history he will buy something with shares and increase the dilution. Just wish he could let this year progress and let the dust settle and get some cash in the bank.
Simple facts are the SP and market cap is what it is and the ramping brigade really are blinkered. Masses of future potential but it’s no good saying oh yes February, oh wait a minute Q1 ohh no I got that wrong , maybe May now. That is no guarantee either. Just look at failed timelines in history, they speak for themselves and they are facts.
Let’s hope to see value add and real action soon, talk is very cheap and actions speak louder than words. Please Mr Potter get a move on so I can move out.

GarryGraham , sadly Mr Potter and his ego IMO is at the forefront of BPC and not necessarily in the best interest of his shareholders. There is still an opportunity for the Bahamas but again will his ego get in the way of any potential farm in because of maybe his greed. Only time will tell but I give it another couple of months and then maybe write it off completely. Drills in the ground can deliver in the future but let’s see what’s happens in the 2months , yes 2 months we have to wait before any real full potential of developing the assets . If and only if we get some really positive RNS statements delivering actual progress and not potential then I will add to bring my average down, only to try and get out quicker. My worry is fully on dilution and what Jam tomorrow ideas potter may come up with that just please himself and not the shareholders! Get trust back and I might even get some profit !

They could do a UJO and yes just dilute to nearly 20mill then do a consolidation. A basic overhead cost cutting is needed for management, they need to actually deliver on schedule and be honest to the shareholders, they need to focus and not faff. This could come good in time but the past track record is not good with finance and time scales. Rabbit out the hat could be anything positive from Bahamas but I am never going to hold my breath for that. Market does not trust the company at the moment hence the low SP. Imo they certainly are going to have to deliver now rather than promise. We have heard it all before and here we are. Feb , Q1 and now May. As sad as the binary play for the Bahamas has failed (at the moment) at least they do have the potential in these future drills for us to very slowly recover our losses! Sadly I think we may have another news blackout, so still many unanswered questions remain especially about funds

Well that is a shocker, first it was February then it was q1 now it is mid May! Wow these lot do work hard for there wages! Can see a further drop in the SP but for me I will just hold and then think to add in May, certainly written this off for another few months. Forget about the Bahamas, I it happens it will be a nice surprise but hopefully maybe they can execute this plan for the rest of 2021. It's going to be a long road to get my money back but sadly cannot really believe any timelines this company gives. History just shows

Couldn’t give a t.ss to the current movements of the SP, it’s the 2nd April onwards before the dust really settles from all the fund raises but then that’s done and dusted but for me the 21st April is my own personal milestone to hopefully reach with success, first part of MSC business

Initial activities under the JDA will include project initiation, definition, high-level scoping and feasibility activities ("Initial Activities") of the overall Trial. The Initial Activities are to be completed within 3 months.

If this goes well then hopefully we will know an awful lot more about the infrastructure and how this trial will formulate and who is producing the fuel maybe. That then hopefully will open up more opportunities and also bring in a decent Morocco timeline.

Just another month folks, keep it calm and with good fortune we will be moving these tests forward.
