Further to the announcement on 18 November 2020 (the "2020 Announcement"), the Company is pleased to announce today the publication of its Prospectus in relation to the admission of up to 6,000,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares") to listing on the standard segment of the Official List of the FCA (under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules) and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (together, the "Admission") following conversion of Convertible Loan Notes issued to Mint Capital.

One time I have mention on Hemo about PR and update company new , I have said you should consider about investor of company . they need to understand how company work and so on as company need RNS to update with keep up but he simple replied as company only update when it new that is all. all people on tweeter said he is scientist man but no a businessmen so the way company work as that . love it or hate it depend on you.

we hope company will succeed but it now just prepare to start an IDN very first state on humans trial and take years to get data and result to make billion market .if every state is pass .Very small company with only 2 or 3 scientist are working on about 5 projects how can they do that and what they have done until now still on paper only .we did not see any public out what archive have they got or whatever that is true now after 3 years on research.

After all we are hoping this time until end of this year they should shows some form on IND and the humans trial should start as plant . if they cant keep that promise on IND or trial on CAR T and CDX as public on the RNS so need consider the way this company work.

Last time is 23000000 shares sold and there was RNS on converted shares . if that is bought we will see a RNS on TR1 holding . Waiting and see but seem that Mint try very hard to sell off so they can get back 9 millions left before share will be too low . Mint only care their money that now show off and the way fund work to earn profit that nature business . they dont have time to wait year for share up lift and sell but just getting sell on down to get more .

Last time they can sold 23000000 shares at price 5.1 p and converted it at 3.78 p so it is huge gain for them .So this time they sold it 3.6 and they will convert around 3.2p .

10 % discount price on shares conversion have so much deathly on share price down than 25 % discount place shares which Vdal have choose. There is no other income from Hemo to pay off CLN with 10 % interest to get risk off them complete .

The deal on CLN don't ban Mint convert time so they can do whenever they like. i It is the same when bank can give you condition when we remortgage house to get money from them . Hemo don't have power to set out but Mint do.

The only positive RNS now is an IDN to start human trial , the faster it is the better to get out data and lift share up . from now in this year we are expecting two IND one for CDX and one for CAR T . the more time it take the more Mint will do convert share and more share will get out of control . who can say now ? Hemo cant stop them as 12 millions have been paid on Hemo's bank so Mint try to get it back with interest

Waiting for the IDN next RNS and there will more convert shares RNS on the way.

I have bought and sell before covid . At first they and some RNS on IP patents from US and from EU .at that time share as normal but not a lot . Only when they start covid project research and all rise and i bought in . We know value it is when they can do something useful with covid and other project. What i dont think right why did they just do only one project and moving it to state can getting it out quick.they are very small company cannot do all projects at the same time . From last year all project not finishe yes and then this year. News CBR come out then CART too. While CDX and co op with J&J then other research bring nothing until now.

How can they do finish one really project and bring it out instead doing many just start a new project and leave it for a while?

We value science they do the job and we believe what they are doing that is why we invested but it should show time frame how progress what is whoing on and update so we know which state the research is going on. The slowly update and new project research get out to make thing mess now with so many thing .

If they can announce something get out or result research it should rise share but we don't know yes when.

I have extract feeling from the pass when Hemo announced in breakthrough research on covid research and source money put on plus the speed on trial human mice to bring out any positive faster on treament. That outline a year ago the same now and after waiting that all time we need to waiting more time . There are three projects they need update but. Hopefully only CAR T is real change game now . All other dont know yes when they have said any else .

Investment on research and they outline on the road people can see so at the moment many have down 50 % plus. They cant sell it and go so only wait but they are just so sad to speak out what they think why

At the moments all people bought share at 8 or 10 have been trapped in here for some more time and they hope will turn around for why they think share not as it should be. There is no good to see losing money on paper and sit on there so people just speak out why think go on that way. Share is up and down with the new . Good new share up 10 bags and people are happy and again losing money Make people are very sad.

No more dir sell share so we hope they will see the value will up and hold it for long run.

The sad true now weknowthere will more share from mint get out untill 9 millions pay off . We can wait if share not up and no more share dilution but we are in situation when when will add over time until good new that is real trouble. Nobidy know when they can bring anything out after 3 years research and at the state now just moving to trial .the time from phase1 to phase3 years and cost a lot then if successful out come that is all we hope for.that is only hope but there is no guarantee all the way will smooth as plant.there pharmacy is high rewards and high risk so let face the true before anything else.

Do you think when Hemo from 1.9 up to 14 from other research or from covid19 rns ? Why it up because people hope Hemo use mice to speed up research to find the way cure covid relate . The deal on CDX last year not really kick share off either. So we can said that covid announcement make share up and from. March last year until now there is no update covid research any than CBR with cancer cell treatment too. Only in papers that all . All breakthrough and 600000 research fund on covid have gone and come back nothing all that in side RNS tou can read it again from feb 2020 to now.

They have convert over 50 millions shares within 2 months and forward selling so no TR1 RNS . If they invest on that when convert we will see that state Mint holding % so on.

Mint dont care investment at all . They care their money only .

48 millions pounds left is waiting for the next. But if share is going down so CAP will so small that will kick off if they convert more .

Even now CAP over 16 and Mint have 9 millions value share conversion so basic if they do

Expecting more than 250 millions when mint convert 9 millions . At that time if there is no other income or financial than Mint. 48 millions on table then a lot more will follow.
History there are many co operation until now bring nothing bach .but No update and no public any research at all . How strange it is.

the true value will pop up when RNS land and that will make sure the contact 347 millions will paid by GOV , now who stay will have nothing to worry as everything have pass and order will receive shortly.

The whole rats herd are staying in their nest today and while they did deramp it diwn people in here if sold for lose money is their mistake. How bad it is when they make up story and constant bang on head to bring down share. The game is not start yes and the contact value is 347 millions

I was waiting x max 2020 the last deatline on deal CDX and then boom next 3 months after that. Now is the new start to wait again while seeing all vain losing on that . Eveybody say waite but we need to see. The real thing not on paper and how long we need to see untill phase 2 ? All other project they dinot update over 3 years untill now so this year the new CART is hot topic not the same CDX last year.

All other covid. J&J co op no more news at all .

Nothing in covid project bring back at all and they said only in paper research on CRB but promise update soon in paper. It seem covid for play around not going to trial or doing any thing at all.

We need to see in progress how the work going on and which state they are at. Only promise and nothing get out lab make a mask to question how long this gong on. Hemo have more than one projects not update for many months so that is how company work

The trick in here is when likely news land or count how much left Mint will convert . The stream of new shares will bring it down and the drug have just moved close to trial. Nothung can say sure outcome yes but hopefully it will work

Mint have 9 millions share s conversion so they will forward selling a lot . Hemo took their money and use shares as mortgage . nothing strange in here .we are all after money and Mint is the same .there is only stop if somehow Hemo have source money pay them back with 10 % interest and cut off CLN , no more share conversion or if there is nothing to pay back they will take back there money on shares sell it to open market..

As soon as some positive news or some how final get Hemo pay off we will fly but not now. Hemo will use money to do the work . nothing change in its course and the selling is continuing.
