Subsequent work through the Company's subsidiary, Immugenyx, LLC ("Immugenyx"), had produced positive preliminary results prior to the emergence of COVID-19. In light of the emergence of the current major pandemic, work has been refocussed on COVID-19 with the aim of producing an effective treatment for those infected with the virus, and Immugenyx is currently taking the necessary steps to take this forward effectively. The work involves transplanting cells from blood samples from patients who have already recovered from COVID-19 into the ApbHC. This process will allow the Company's scientists to recreate a set of anti-SARS-CoV-2 virus antibodies which could be used for the treatment of COVID-19 sufferers.

In view of the continuing international spread of the disease and the propensity for coronaviruses to mutate and produce new strains, the Company's technology, in combination with the use of its humanised mice, should also form the basis for the treatment of future viral outbreaks.

Meanwhile, as announced on 22 April 2020, the Company has progressed its work, currently using blood samples from convalescent patients, to attempt to establish why some individuals who are infected with SARS-CoV-2 are asymptomatic, some exhibit mild symptoms, and some become very sick. This work will be of value in developing new forms of treatment, and especially in managing infection risk and assisting individuals better to establish their real risk of getting sick.

The additional funds raised recently have enabled the Company to take these and other developments forward significantly and at a faster pace.

They need update covid19 treament first. One year after took blood sample and still no resutl yes . What speed it is for research they are? There is no sign at all on how long does it take to trial treatment on next step . Let remember they said in RNS how they want to do with it and now it seem just forget.

he Contract shall start on the Effective Date and shall
continue for the duration of Phase 1 which ends on the
Long Stop Date (1st April 2021) as extended by agreement
between the Authority and the Supplier unless notice is
given by the Authority to move to Phase 2. The Authority
may terminate the Contract for convenience during Phase
1 on giving not less than 15 (fifteen) days prior written

one month’s prior written notice to the Supplier.

Termination for Convenience by Authority
6.1 If the Authority terminates the Contract for convenience under clause 13.2, or the Supplier
terminates this Contract in accordance with clause 13.7, and provided that the Supplier is not in
Default of this Contract, the Authority shall make a Termination Payment to the Supplier calculated
as the aggregate of the following:
6.1.1 Purchased but unused materials and consumables which cannot be repurposed by the
Supplier and part made Goods which have not yet been invoiced to the Authority; and
6.1.2 Rent, service charge and insurance payments payable under a formal lease of premises
for up to 12 months following the End Date where the lease was entered into solely for the
purposes of expanding manufacturing capacity to meet Authority demand. No break fees
to terminate any lease shall be payable by the Authority; and
6.1.3 Termination payments to Applicable Supplier Staff; and
6.1.4 Third Party Contract break costs excluding leases of real estate; and
6.1.5 Reciprocal payments to Key Subcontractors calculated in accordance with this paragraph
6 of Schedule 3; and
6.1.6 Equipment purchased by the Supplier for the purposes of the Contract at cost less
depreciation at the Suppliers depreciation rate set out in the Commercial Model assuming
they cannot be repurposed or sold; and
6.1.7 Fit out costs to the Supplier’s premises incurred in accordance with the Letter of Intent
and/or after the date of this Contract (in each case for the sole purpose of manufacturing
the Goods):
6.1.7.1 which have been pre approved by the Authority; and
6.1.7.2 which the Supplier has at the date of the Termination Notice spent or contractually

I am at work now but I got the file at home to show that . I will upload when come home .if GOV want to cancel contact they will pay something over 20 millions for compensation but we need the note from phase 2 after 6 months that is an answer for the contact. if they go ahead with the contact they will issue a statement move to phase 2 on 2/8/2021 .

After 6 months from the date they signed the contract .They will move to phase 2 that is what GOV will have a say , if GOV want to cancel the contract they need to pay some compensation. If GOV want to move to phase 2 will will hear the note from them how they want to deal with contact value at 347 millions pounds.

End of this month or next next we will know for sure what value is contact to hold or cancel. the date they signed is 2/2/2021 so on 2/8/2021 there will be an answer for that matter. . not long to wait and around that time maybe we will hear something from FDA too.

If it test is so good why dont they just sell it to private market and all other than order from GOV? they have been made love with this GOV and death end for nothing then some directors pumped share over tweeted then sold all over.? why 250 staffs come to company and do nothing , until now they dont know which test they will make so how can they prepare for the next 2 millions test per week? they need update to shareholder what is going on this company not to keep silent .

After 20/7 full national will be vaccinated then who is going to wear a mask . Slowly people will return normal life without mask and that is happening now. In US CDC recommend who have full vaccined dont need wearing a mask at all .On the street nowadays less and less people have a mask that is true thing now .

Healthcare person will use mask a all the time but now there are so many companys offers mask with very competitive price .who is going to buy 1.14 £ a mask if there is 50p only available now?

How many order they can ship in next three months from now? What is target income end if this year? If there is less money what should they do to continue develop and promote mask ?

Why did they invested a mask making machine and do nothing then leave it at a room in Nottingham? it that free money and nothing to do with? how do they perform on investing on behalf of shareholder's money ? Up until now there is nothing in the RNS say when they can sell mask. what is order number? when they start distribution to over the world? did they find some outsourcing or nobody do for them ? the most important thing is how can they generating money on time scale ? Three months from now? Six months from now or forever? That is the most basic thing we need to find out before investing or you will losing money on if Company don't have income and they will need place new shares for survivor.
