Same happened with Ted Baker the share holder thought the take over would be amazing and they were only offered a crappy deal 10% above the closing price, people forget about the huge debt the company has when they are struggling

I agree if any takeover comes in they will only pay 25p or 30p max per share

Sdry is struggling to survive, people are ramping whilst they are selling
