Iraq, Turkey discuss joint oil, energy cooperation
Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Minister of Oil Hayan Abdul Ghan met with his Turkish counterpart Alparslan Bayraktar on Tuesday to discuss ways how to improve the two countries' cooperation in the oil and energy sector, the Iraqi ministry disclosed on Tuesday.
According to the statement by the Iraqi embassy to Ankara given to the state media the day before, the Iraqi minister's visit to the Turkish capital is aimed at conducting negotiations regarding bilateral relations and resumption of oil exports through the Turkish port of Ceyhan.
In March, Turkey halted the flow of 450,000 barrels per day (bpd) of Iraqi exports via the northern Iraq-Turkey pipeline following the International Chamber of Commerce's (ICC) arbitration ruling.

Without the Turkish pipeline being opened again. The payment means nothing.
The pipeline is the big issue here, not the payment
PI’s are trying to trade this share and I’d rather see positive progression with GKP, rather than day traders pumping and then dumping
At the current SP a takeover bid will come in soon
Wouldn’t be surprised if it came from Turkey for the entire control of the field and pipeline, that would put them in a very controlled and oil independent country
When oil price goes up a lot, Turkey will do a deal quickly
