It's quite simple if you employ just a little logic.
Linkedin and Twitter are retail areas. This is not a retail company. Posting on those platforms pacifies only small investors, which the company don't really have the time or inclination to do. No Eqtec plants are sold by posting on LinkedIn and no amount of pretty pictures on those platforms are going to make small investors buy at the moment, when redemptions from funds are at record levels and peoples personal bills continue to spiral.
Visits are ongoing at Italy, regularly, where visitors are shown a plant nigh on finished, sorting out its staffing and making sure it can run at the efficiency and reliability of Movialsa. These visitors are not retail investors, they are major utility companies and big funding houses and investors. They don't find Eqtec on LinkedIn, they find them at summits and meetings which Eqtec are at more and more frequently. The deals are settled over that expensive bottle of wine VH dislikes.
This period is simply the last opportunity that derampers have to keep the price down before it explodes forwards with plants being bought in groups, which has now already happened elsewhere in Italy.
The fact there is little on the social platforms is because there is no value in it for shareholders. The value is in doing their work.
