Negotiate a new finance deal now that the company in its structure is where it needs to be to grow. There's no chance the lenders would just hand over cash to lose before buying them out. It only needs logic applied to show that your words are fertiliser nearly as rich as the biochar produced from the multiplying Eqtec gasifiers.

This is a growth company. They usually do need to raise cash and with the assets on the books, funding should be fairly straightforward, especially when idex get their cheque book out.

It saves his salary, I suspect he was not one prepared to take the pay cut which the others now have, probably also, given his low investment, wanted a larger chunk of the LTIP. amongst all that, you have a company which really doesn't need or more 2 financial people right now. Eqtec should be looking internally to replace him rather than bringing someone else new when the costs need to be kept down.
