Interesting to read regarding the striking off? Are things going on that might see MAGP rise, Phoenix like, from the ashes? We can always dream !!

I asked my broker (share centre) to get it for me, which they did. Took a few weeks.

Just a bit of advice, if anyone can shed any light.
My shares were with the Share centre but have now dissapeared altogether from my account?
I knew I wouldn't be able to trade but thought they would still show as existing?
I asked them to try and get a share certificate but have not had a reply from them.
Any info would be much appreciated. TT

Well, don't know about everyone else but I've registered my no vote. Absolutely gutted, but my 70,000 shares might as well go down with the ship for what they're worth!! What is the general concensus? What will RFW do if the no vote is carried?

Post recommended BM. Hits the nail on the head for me, as you say licking my wounds in a darkened room!! No point selling up, but haven't thought of trying to average down either. Need about 65p to break even, here's hoping!!

I've gone over to Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP), got a pretty good stake at a reasonable SP as was in it in February. Worth looking at a dabble then top slice and return here later in the year.

I definitely think Vphase will rise, but not until later in the year when a big player makes a firm commitment.

I've offloaded all my shares I'm affraid, may get back in at a later date but had enough for now. Got into Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP), really going places!!

Can't believe how quiet it is on here!! No communications from VPHASE when there is so much obviously going on in the background?? I really can't understand why this SP is so stagnant.

Don't know what's happening, even the app on my iPhone is telling a different story??? I think we will definitely see a rise in the sp here soon. Just need a big player to get off the fence and commit to distributing the unit to all their customers as either a freebie, tied into their contract, or offered at a reduced cost??

What's with the negative vibes?? Us long term PI's have had faith in this company that it will come up with the goods long term. A bit of good news can do without derampers. Next months green bill introduction will see the SP get back to where it was 18 months ago at least, then who knows? As DanVels has said, they're chasing the markets where there is money and growth potential, when British Gas announce their intention to install for every customer there will be a move across the board of suppliers. The units are already flying out faster than can be produced. You are quite right with your fruit and veg stall comment, however the long term strategy is what dictates the size of the board not the current status. IMO of course

Hear, Hear mate! I couldn't agree more. Let's see if an out of court settlement is reached, if so it could really set a very important precedent. The big players will be watching to see how this goes. Make no mistake this still has the potential to be a major nose bleed to them !! Therefore they may get in early to do some damage limitation?

Message there Dude, I assume you thought there was something fishy? Looking at the RNS, sounds like this could be a bit of a spring board which will get things moving hopefully.

You know how to leave everyone in suspense !! Is it top up time? Did'nt want to throw good money after bad, but would if I thought some positive news was coming our way ?

I assume there has been no response from the Chief Exec? Are we the only one's getting a bit despondent over the lack of news?

After offloading last week I've been tempted back in on the news this morning. So where do we think this leaves us regarding the "patents"? Is the show back on the road?
