Me also today. Small top ups of 1,324 & 2,696 shares. Got plenty but couldn't help myself !!

So a new contract deal, so important they release an RNS BUT don't give any details of the deal. Why the hell not? Is it something to do with what's happening in the background perhaps?

And several expressions of interest. This should fly now under its own steam but with the buyers lurking the prospects look even better. Be an interesting day/week/month and time for a top up I reckon.

An interesting find thanks. So it was 3 weeks between initial notification and todays RNS with an update. If that's the general rule then we can expect an update from Proactis around 19th August. This I think will run for 2-3 months before we finally know. I bought in at £1.10 initially then bought a stack at 0.60p so need 0.80p to break even

The bid\s will take at least a month minimum by the time they have done due diligence and had board meeting and meetings with their advisers. Stay patient people.

I cant see that as so many shares are held by the institutions. I cant see them selling until they know more info. You can bet they have their analysts all over this and will know far more than us.

Pound maybe lower still after 31st Oct, so not convinced your assumption is correct but happy if your are right.

Despite my better judgement this share is so cheap I did two top ups this morning, both at 2.70 and both showing as sells !!

Hold this but nothing happens. You are right about the affect on Tavi funds though as Quilters will surely push their own but I think the last update was maybe driven by the news of Quilters takeover as well as the markets dropping?

This may be naïve but should we expect something from the BOD about the shares being in freefall or do they tend not to do that?

That's a big buy today for this share I wonder if news coming. Tempted to have a top up but got its boring waiting day after day for this to move.

Or Brexit may get some investors piling in to a guaranteed fund perhaps. Who knows
