1) Read the RNS
2) Understand that the mkt cap is way below what deal has been done
3) Is way underpriced
4) Is likely to be sold in next few years
5) Share buy back will take place
6) Dividend begins

And finally the results due in Aug will show ebitda up around 50%, according to last trading update.

There are some chunky buys over the last week, since the announcement. It looks like someone, or an institution, is buying a stake.

Yet the price rises by 80% and you get into this share despite stating when shares rise you get out. You also had a spread of 12-15%, who on earth can trade this in the short term successfully?
Anyway your money your choice but you've sold at a low price, IMO, this one will move up and the RNS even states they are likely to do share buy backs AND I reckon a dividend will be declared in August with the results.

While you have investors, and I use that term lightly, like Pidster, the sells may outweigh the buys. Do people actually read whats in an RNS.? £20m immediately, up to £20 million more over 3 years AND as importantly 50% of fees over and above what they were on sale date for 10 YEARS. Based on that the current MKT Cap of £24m is a fraction of the value.

I can’t see that anyone said the £40 mil is straightaway, but wether it’s £20 mill now and the rest over xx years it’s still up to £40 mill.

I think what is underplayed here is the 10 year earn out on top, that will add several more millions if they continue to use and increase assets

Can’t believe this isn’t at 6.5p yet. This deal states its equivalent to 6.58p per share and doesn’t take into account the retained value of the half of the business they haven’t sold. Basing that in price around 7.75-8.25p is where it’s at

Wakey wakey investors, £16 million mcap company on Friday just sold 50% of business for £40 million CASH AND gets further benefits over another 10 years on top.

Share price up again, spread closing and all this despite no news. Huge volume as well, compared to ‘normal’ . Something is happening IMO, maybe news coming ?

AGAIN FFS. These two are desperate to get this through so I would be very careful. Whilst the numbers look better you are voting to probably keep them in their positions for years to come and they can continue stripping out money for them self’s and their family members who work there. Regardless of what the number is do you really think these clowns have any ability to get the price back to 3p never mind 7p. To do that we need profits, but by the time they have took hundreds of thousands out in incomes and benefits and wasted millions on vanity projects, which are too numerous to mention do you really think they will. A vote against is a vote to get them out, don’t waste it and regardless of how few shares we hold make the effort or wave goodbye to your money

One wonders if any incentive should be agreed when you consider they have lost money for virtually EVERY single shareholder since launch.

I say 'virtually every shareholder' because Cooke and Raven did rather well last week agreeing to purchase off market at 1.5p just before the trading update release that saw the price rise 30%.

Shareholders who votes in agreement to further incentives deserve what they get.

Bizarre that this share has gone from 1 trade a day to a sudden flurry of activity. Something has to be brewing, some large ,for this share, purchases. I imagine the Bods friends have been selling the family silver to buy shares, but they'd only do that if they had been tipped off I guess. Looking at the buys today I expect news either tonight after close or Monday morning. Just a guess but must be something. Might buy back in , 40 minutes to decide !!!

Thanks Bubby Huxster. The info was in the document but the real intent was hidden somewhat. I was in this share but got out as it did nothing but lose money. I wonder if the risk of pursuing their agenda was too great following on from shareholders outrage? Maybe they thought they would be ousted if they continued?

Not that confused that they separate their ‘new’ bonus scheme from the share price. Any shareholder who doesn’t vote their proposals down deserve all that’s coming to them. Thankfully I’m fully out of this share but keeping an eye on as will be able to buy back at a fraction of the cost when they dilute it several times to hit their ebitda target

Seems I may have made the correct decision following latest RNS. Boys over on ADVFN have ripped the idea apart and any small shareholder needs to vote NO.

If today’s RNS doesn’t cause liftoff then I’m out of this share for good.

Where have the buys suddenly appeared from? This share usually only moves on news yet over the last few weeks has increased 20%. I think finally we may see some fireworks with this stock.
