@NW--DudeToday ( Look ITM )
Well, ITM does indeed have an excellent management team and board, which is down to Linde’s influence. This, of course, greatly enhances ITM’s public image; in other words, having Linde in the background lends a high level of expertise and credibility (see the links established with the UK government as a shareholder and sponsor, as well as with Rheinmetall).
AFC, as a technically proficient, highly innovative company, had previously lacked a supportive and market-recognised partner such as Linde, and consequently also the know-how in the areas of strategy and marketing.
Unfortunately, this hampered development, so that the experienced and successful sales executive John Wilson was recruited for AFC in early 2025 to fill this gap. Wilson’s strengths also include his in-depth technical expertise, but above all his high intelligence and excellent comprehension, as well as his ability to make and implement decisions swiftly. The international network he has built up over several years is also very useful for his work at AFC. All of this could certainly be confirmed by the highly successful CEO Nat Rothschild of the listed company VOLEX; Wilson has been advising and supporting Rothschild for some time and remains on the Volex— board!!
Conclusion: For me personally, Volex’s involvement is the decisive key to success!
I believe this will be confirmed over the coming months. But as you quite rightly said, everyone should do their own research on this.
