No - the virus is here to stay - testing will always be needed in the many years to come, even with a vaccine.

Maybe FDA approval RNS imminent next week (or dare I say tomorrow) after Trump's speech.

Sold my other shares for NCYT a few weeks ago - if I didn't, I would have been nursing a 70% loss. That is very positive despite the SP being rather static in the past 2 weeks.

I think a large number of margins trader got out - worried about losing their money. Understandable. A brilliant opportunity for cash buyers to get in to hold for at least a couple of months (I can see it bag several times once the portable oxygen unit gets the FDA approval).

Absolutely - the portable oxygen unit is going to sky rocket the SP once it is approved by the FDA (a certainty IMHO) and launched in the coming months. A good time to get in. This is not the only product - the company also owns shares of other innovations developed by universities world wise.
