Hi Reonin, it`s the difference between being a salesman and an order taker,
over there it doesn`t matter what you do, the mantra is,"how can we sell it",
over here it`s,"I wonder who will buy this", different attitude entirely.

Over the years British engineers and inventors have come up with some amazing ideas,
but selling them has always been a problem. I worked in North America selling for Toyota
in the mid 70`s, the difference in selling there and Britain is night and day, if this was an
American company we would not be sitting here sub 5p

jgbb, totally agree with what you say, I too am Scottish, although I don`t live there
but still interested in the whole EU situation. I`ve also lived in France and love that country,
