I don't think you are being paranoid. This is AIM and the absence of communication from PR Cassiopeia plus the presence of Grant Thornton are definite grounds for caution.

Very sound oversight. Indeed investors are a lot more focused on seeing cash flow. All well and good having better revenue BUT if those revenue are due to more cash burn then it defeats the object.

Do not understand why Mr Reynolds brought this company to AIM? Everything to date indicates that it is a poorly run business. Reserving judgement on the actual business model for now. Hopefully there will be some communication in the not too distant future explaining to its owners what the BoD have been doing.

Out of curiosity how much has Cyril taken out by way of salary, bonuses and consultancy fees in the meantime.

Looks like one elaborate con aided and abetted by the brokers and nomads has had its day. Will the authorities investigate and establish what has transpired. I think that i will be a resounding no. How come there was no RNS regarding Mr Zorbas departure.

Agreed once they have sorted out the funding shortfall. Until then best to just sit on the sidelines.
