mostly Aluminiun but to be fair there is copper..just not as much as there used to be. there is still a lot of copper in the componants but there trying to make them cheaper so not as much copper..Copper will always be needed for many things

most of the Generators I moved were 30 and 60 tons.. the cabling inside the tower sections is mostly alloys ..It used to be ALL copper ..

Siemens Gamesa..Nordex and Enercon use alloys in there turbines..yes there is some copper (wiring etc) but the main cabling is Alloys..

They don't use copper in wind turbines anymore.. It's a mixture of alloys
