Lenz.. re read my post.. 12/15p special divi .. for GGP to pay that amount of money on a special divi then GH would need to get about 2bn.. reading some posts of people going on about 15p divi ?? even reading people say GH should give away about 90% of what ever he makes on HAV.. so roughly GH would give away 450/550 mil to pay for a divi.. thats 25% of 2bn.. around 50% of 1bn.. also I can understand where people are saying that GH could get returns by keeping the 25% of HAV but I think NC will buy all of HAV. or he could wait a few years and then get some income from It..the figures are just estimate ,s

Morning Oldie.. If GH gave a special divi I cant see it being at 12/15p.. If he did i would hope for current share price at time if he did.. of course depends on NC and If they make an offer for HAV, which I think they will. I would love 12/15p but being realistic GH would need about 2bn for HAV which would be a bit extream for them

Matty. Why would any company give 90% as a special dividend to any shareholders. So if NC gave Gh 1bn you think GH would give 90% to shareholders. Keep dreaming
