1st. there are companys that pay more as a divi.. IMB is a good one .
but most are stopping divi's for the time being.
2nd. I can see where your coming from as to royalties, my ave is 1.77. so would be nice.
3rd. NC in the past have always takenover/bought 100% of licenses so fair to say they could again on HAV.
4th. I would think they will buy 100% HAV later this year ater the MRE.
they have already applied for permits to mine, that tells me there after all of HAV

BTB I think Artimis went up when RIO upped there stake from 2million to 9.7

MF. Nice 1st post. Lots of info. Let me guess? You've been in here for years and decided to post. There seems to be a lot of experts who have been in GGP for ages and only now decided to join in the BB. Not sure where the 25p and income for the next 10yrs comes from I think you will find NC will buy HAV so they will own 100% of it plus more likely a JV on Skally next. We will see how things go later this year
