Southern Gold selling approx 50% of its 21.7% holding c74m shares today at 0.70p, possibly another c76m to go, let hope its this week they are out, then the share price can rerate back to 3p and overhang will be gone.

I had same prob being with AJBell not dealing in FOR (or Aquis exchange at all) so opened a new Investment account entirely online at:

Already have an Investment ISA & SIPP with AJBell so could only open a new Investment account type.

Transferred funds in by debit card and bought FOR all online via browser - about £1k up so far so quite happy. Web site’s a bit bland compared to YouInvest but does the job , never used Barclays before, call centre Glasgow based and helpful enough.

Had to send bank statement by post for verification prior to being able to withdraw funds back to my bank account.

Cost seems to be about £6/trade plus I think ~£4/month.

No I didn't contextualize very accurately, actually bought on Tues: test buy at 9.30am 6962 @1.35p then, after that worked OK, 132933 @1.5p. Not too bad with £6/trade charges?
I'm guessing FOR are into Ethereum Smart contracts to tokenise assets in the DeFi/Web3 world along the lines of: https://www.securitize.io/  ? Sometimes hard to divine among all the highfalutin management speak.
