Hold your nerve. Exiting will all depend on what price investors have purchased their shares at. Always have a plan A, B, C.

Like some others have said on thos form, regardless of what will happen with this deal or nor, this SP will not be sat here in 12 to 18 months. Have a happy weekend 😊

I'm in a similar situation to you. Holding wise and profit wise if and when the £1.50 is reached. I've averaged down to £1.04 in one account and £1.10 in another, which I'm happy to hold.

I appreciate your below comments and it's nice to see other peoples perspective on this share. I'm in no way shape or form an expert on this matter, however what I can say is that JD sports is a total different business model compared to Sports Direct. JD sports is aimed at a certain customer base, hence marketing done by certain sports stars and music artists. Sports Direct on the other hand is a cheap company offering cheap alternatives and is not aiming it's products at a certain market, it's aiming it's products at the masses. Therefore it's clear to say even though they are retailers selling sports goods/clothing, they are aiming their products at certain clientele.

I agree, market conditions are not great, but this is across the board. However I do believe in the product and the shop and it's business model. Yes it will take time to build up it's SP however I do not expect this share price to fall below what it reached during Covid times. I think it will rise at a slow pace but rise she will :)

My average is £1.29 :(

Bought in way too high, thinking the price was going to take off after autum update. But never mind. I stared at £1.55 then averaged down. Waiting for another big dip to average down more. But your average is spot on. Well played mate 👏

Looks like I'm going to be in it for the long term.

External matters such as conflict's/USA and internal domestic issues such as the new government and Rachael from accounts not helping matters.
