Unfortunately the weight of history is with FFX. The company has been brought to the brink of liquidation by mismanagement , incompetence and financial irresponsibility with no regard for shareholders. Every step forward has been followed by 10 steps back. I certainly don't trust Dan.

That depends entirely on what a deal (if there is one) looks like. I personally think a small upfront payment to initiate phase 1 trials and that could be as little as £3-5m

OSD I'm sure you think it pedantic but the FDA are not approving anything. ODD stands for Orphan Drug Designation. It's a designation not an approval. It may or may not be granted not approved
