I'm not sure there is much of a counter case really unless you count unforeseen events eg the total collapse of Ree value, or a technological breakthrough which renders rare earths obsolete. I used to have concerns about the viability of ISR but I reckon the board decision to relinquish some of the gold asset value is an indication of how confident Rupert and the board are especially since Rupert is by nature a cautious type. He's also very careful with shareholders cash so placings are nothing to fear.
