Hi ExMs , would have thought the technology might give them a different edge over the competition. Otherwise they would have funded the conversion of their lines.

Loving all this on your and your alter ego’s doubt. What I don’t get is that Lanstead have chucked in 3m. You would have thought they’d want to make some good money on this (and I don’t mean a few hundred k) and would have d’dd the opportunity thoroughly. You on the other hand invest zero (apparently). Now who should we take a steer from here. You and your alter ego or Lanstead, volz and the directors putting some money in?

ExMS. Why didn’t you see it coming? He has a mm ok track record with previous businesses. He has procured financing and some opportunities with Volz and now this new opportunity and I believe there will be others in pipeline. Just go back 3 years. Where was this company then? Talking about the short term possibilities of masks which spiked the prices and burnt a lot of people. I’m investing in an opportunity here and I see some positive developments. If I get burnt it will be bad, but I see things moving in the right direction and people are putting money in presumably to make some decent chunky returns. So yes I choose to be hopeful and optimistic.

Sure Sisfis long way to go…but there are green shoots here and this bod has only been in place for 12 months. You can be offensive if you want . It’s my money and my choices and I think this is developing nicely. You may be one of the ones with averages into the 4 or 5’s. I’m very sorry about that and whatever went on with the characters then but until the same occurs here, I’m keeping my optimistic outlook

How come some people feel they need to come and put NNN down. When we see 1 p in the rear view mirror….heading to 2p what are they going to say? What are they going to do?

I can just feel the desperation in their posts. Don’t have the money to invest or very little completely hamstrung by their own lack of creativity and entrepreuneriasm. This is is aim. Ofcourse it’s a risk but these naysayers don’t have a clue about what’s going on.

A lot of bitter people on here about to be shut out probably forever. I can only imagine they lost a lot of money or are ex business associates who have been burnt in some way.

It’s an evolution and it’s happening infront of our eyes. Those who went to the agm know this. Those who didn’t aren’t clued up. Clutching at straws. I look forward to the next critism…that will be revenue related but it will be …that’s not very much…something like that.

Invested a bit more….my view is that duffers, steadman, volz, Lanstead will want to see some decent returns

Corporate change, strategy change, JV, financing, development agreement(s)….next step commercialisation

Everyone make their own choices but the development and evolution is there to see…for what is effectively a turnaround start up….

If this thing and other opps commercialise multibagging 10 times will be in the rear view mirror …. Big if but that’s the investment risk

Isn’t the deal agreed with an agreement exchanged? If so it’s all about shareholder approval. For it to fall over another far higher bid would have to come in so the shareholders turned the current offer down. Will shareholders turn this down at 5.32? Does anyone know when we have to approve by?

Sure ExMs but I don’t see any failures thus far. Perhaps things take a bit longer to come to fruition in a world rocked by various crises. There was no timing on the sa. There’s nothing to suggest that nnn didn’t have 12 months money anyway and thanks duffers for recognising (as things developed) that masks weren’t going to cut it.

I’m happy with the announcement - I was never in this for pennies and if this buys the time to realise the commercial opps..that’s good.

Mug is correct. Why wouldn’t duffers want that sp up after, his and his staff’s investments and the benefit to the company. It buys a couple of years and from Langsteads perspective they get the chance to make serious money. There is the point about L selling into the market. We are still a little way off Id say but I’m pretty happy with this announcement

I would say Langsted have been sold a vision and opportunity. They are not in this for pennies. Remember duffers said in his interview that he wanted overheads covered. He’s done that. Now the contracts have to roll. We are a start up with great ip and funding lines in place. Still people that think this is all a fraud. But there is an ongoing process here and things are slowly developing.

Twistor quite right. Funding is sorted. Time to now unleash the projects. Those who actually bothered to go to the agm know the bod aren’t sitting around

Compare where we are now to where we were last year. New bod, strategy and funding. JV with volz. Deals to follow imo.
