I think we can all see the risks here Micho. When you add the aggression , admission of reckless driving , wrong legal analysis, assumptions proved wrong and mocking behaviour, it really does build a picture

I have a feeling UG/EXMS know people at NNN. Otherwise I cannot explain the potential defamatory statements etc

Speaking and marketing almost certain to have better results than a small stall.

I think we can add this to the ever growing list of things derampers are getting wrong.

ExMS you have definitely mentioned your daughter her friends and her entire peer group. I think it was last week around the time you threatened to do what it takes when I suggested you and UG were the same person- action you haven’t before or since threatened against anyone else.

I’m confused - will NNN be at Filtech or not. I haven’t followed today’s posts. There is a suggestion that The team are speaking at the conference. Speaking at the conference would be far more beneficial than a stall imo. And saves some costs.

I agree Sinden. There better be a very good reason why they cannot announce why at this moment. You only pull out like that having issued an RNS a few weeks prior if there is a deal in the offing or there is a product issue or a big change in management. Cant be financial as they would have known that at the time of the RNS. Must have been a significant development which changed plans at such a late time

I would love 50 p plus but I thought a takeover was not an option-just an asset deal?

I thought only assets were being sold so now buyer would care about the Cineplex outcome. Its only if they buy the shares where there is an issue and I thought that wasn't on the cards?

I personally have no problem posting information negative or positive. I was actually deeply concerned initially. But then there was a barrage of assumption making. The worst one was how the company apparently lied about Mr Duffin not having contributed to the turnaround. I pointed out that if he had left in 2012 /2013 he would have been there since 2007. Plenty of time to be part of a turnaround. But yet this lie was propagated and used to ridicule investors for not doing their research. He obviously left that company and someone else took over. Performance was possibly a factor but we have no idea what the true circumstances were. It doesn’t detract from the NNN RNS which set out his role in the turnaround (which is what we desperately need here). The revenue figures were highish in the earlier years quoted and then there was a decline. I also raised the point about who the journalist’s source was. Again we have no idea. I’m quite shocked at the writing style of the journalist.

All I care about is funding and an explanation as to why Filtech seems to be off the agenda . No formal confirmation as to what is happening . I pray it’s a good deal for shareholders. I really do.

I think I might take a few days off here. All views and opinions are entrenched and a lot of people are getting unfairly ridiculed for their in good faith investment choices. I’ll pop back if and when there is an RNS. I’ll continue to read with interest. Goodbye for now

Absolutely right newtrade. If you are invested here go to the agm. Meet the characters yourselves. UG said he was going to the last one. He didn’t. ExMS won’t even buy 100 of shares to get an invite. He’d prefer sniping from the sidelines.
