This seems exaggerated to me. They guided an increase in revenue , FCF of 20-40 m, margins improving in public and pensions and an increased pipeline plus they are trying to improve contact centre where there appeared to be some easy wins to improve the position.

Hold for me . Green shoots are there. Hope the headcount and property footprint falls further. And AI is the right play for this type of business

Trisor - I was crystal clear throughout. I said I was neither invested nor short here; 100% meant what I said. I have been an uninvested lowly Pi as you eloquently & accurately put it there. I told you all along I was building my understanding because I can't afford to take high risks - I just don't have that luxury of taking a big gamble. I told you I've done well since investing from Dec 2022, also true - remarkably well actually but... I still only have a very small pot. However, I have done my research and I intend to keep building on the successes I'm invested in whilst also learning from watching stocks I think are interesting but which I can't invest or take a gamble over; hopefully making my forecasting methods (then seeing where things end up compared to my analysis) better and better.

After all... that's what these discussion boards are for right?

So let me get this straight - savage , an uninvested lowly Pi and a son of a toolmaker - was on this site so that when the day came that the sp tanked, he could swan off into the sunset saying “Told you so” ? Validation because it taking longer for the strategy to take hold and settle?

As a LTH without a need to sell, I’m confident things will pay dividends here eventually although it may take longer. And it looks like I’m going to be given the gift of a further ISA transfer .

Forget the market and look at the strategy and the building of the company. The problem child is contact centre. Rest of the business is flying .

A comparison of the Adolfo years v Jon Lewis years should tell anyone that. Clearly it’s taking time to build this out . My only point is that the sell off this morning was unwarranted imo and I believe was coordinated .

Jordi- this kind of sell off is imo coordinated . Report was a very good one for those who follow Capita’s. Increased profit, revenue broadly the same, margin up , unweighted pipeline up . Wins up.

Hexam sorry disagree. We got an expected report given the December update. A 17 percent drop off for that report is a monumental joke
