The balance sheet is steadily being approved, the IT is being put in place. I expect an upbeat August report and some forward guidance albeit that financials will be on par with what is expected (given the recent sale)

I established early on he had had no dealings with Capita and has no investment in Capita which basically makes his analysis vague and very much driven by the past. Truth is nobody knows what is coming but I will say balance sheet will be stronger and it's now up to contract wins , margins and cost cuttings and more lucrative renewals.

I think RBC have just acted like a spoilt child who have got this badly wrong . Compare for example their previous ratings when Capita was much more in the crap .
