I’m yet to understand the benefit…the ceo and the directors gifted themselves millions of options for doing their job which they get hundreds of thousands of dollars to do. And they did a great job, so I accepted that. They then surrendered the options at 6.6p (for example) giving Shaun over £4.5 million half of this he had to use to buy shares at 11.7p so on top of their salaries he got 2.5 million quid plus the 2.5 million quids worth of shares? Maybe I’m being thick but how do they align with shareholders?

Not being negative and it’s good we have director buys but realistically it didn’t come from their pockets did it?
