When are you expecting the results? As of the tail end of July they had less than 1% of participants. So I personally wouldn't be expecting anything this side of Christmas.

I seem to remember you being quite prolific the last time a court case was in the offing, then you disappeared.

Missed a lot since then.

I believe back in July they only had only 2 participants of the 250-odd required. I thought that interim results were expected around that time. There's been delays, but would have expected an update on numbers at least by now.

Unless. I've missed it?

I see your points, and can understand why you have them. Argo is always going to be the yardstick for comparison with any crypto entry, bearing in mind their rapid success from a meagre 2 pence. But there seems to be something happening here with QBT. I appreciate the sentiment regardiing the anonymous crypto expert as we'd all like to know who's working on what, but there must be reasons behind them asking for anonymity. Any guess would be pure conjecture.

When I first invested, I was hoping for a quick in and out to make a few quid. But then the crypto angle piqued my interest and I have steadily increased my holding over the last few months. I am by no means a big investor in comparison to some I see on here, but it's all relative and what I have invested is a significant amount in my world.

The companies past is in the past, and long may it remain so. I believe that with the news flow due, the current SP will be a thing of the past too. But it's all opinion, and yours is as valid a mine, just conveyed in different way.

I'm not going to try and sell QBT to you as you have done your own research and it's not for you, so I will just wish you good luck with your other investments.

Question. If the chip enhancements are that good and the success rate is fully achieved/surpassed, would QBT make more money concentrating solely on mining itself rather than selling the technology? I appreciate the costs involved with machines etc, but with their potential for 'green mining' in Italy with whatever avenue they choose to power it (I think hydro-electric has been bandied about), could these costs can be offset?

Definitely wont be concluded in November. The 10th is the hearing date and any conclusion will early(ish) next year if my understanding is correct.

All we can do with it is sit tight and see which way the wind blows with that.

Their interim figures were posted recently. There weren't fireworks, but that was to be expected as since the name and focus of the business changed, it has been literally R&D. R&D which seems to be getting results I might add, as per their recent patent application. There are further improvements currently being looked at by the boffins, so the outlook could be quite rosey.

With regards to funding, I would imagine the impending court case would have a bearing on that. There is the *potential* of a £4.5m payout on that if successful, but you can never pin your hopes on anything that is resolved by a court. Anyway, that would be months away. A placing? Wouldn't rule it out, but with the newsflow due, I think there could be more than enough investors ready to pump some money in.

But what do I know? I cut lawns for a living.
