In my opinion, until we get positive news about mining operations we will likely see small daily reductions in the share price as retail investors get worried, sell and seek opportunities elsewhere.

FG stated in the podcast that we would be mining in a couple of weeks, therefore I am hoping for an RNS before the end of the week, certainly by Friday of next week.

£1.6m buys you a lot of equipment and expertise - you could even start a cloud based operation if needed, just to get going until you get delivery of new equipment.

I am positive, very positive!"

"Mr Story will also be granted 100,000,000 warrants over Clear Leisure ordinary shares (the “Warrants”). Each Warrant will entitle the warrant holder to subscribe for one new Clear Leisure share at a price of 2 pence per Ordinary Share and will be exercisable for a period of two years from the date of admission to AIM of the Placing Shares. The Warrants will not be admitted to trading on AIM and will be transferrable in accordance with the terms of the warrant instrument to be entered into by the Company. Any Clear Leisure ordinary shares issued pursuant to the Warrants will, when issued, be admitted to trading on AIM."

This was from their RNS dated 22nd February 2021:

"The net proceeds of the Placing will allow Clear Leisure to accelerate and widen the development of its crypto currency plans including: more quickly entering into cloud mining contracts with existing mining pool operators; financing the setup of a bitcoin mining operation in Italy; sourcing economic renewable wind farm and hydroelectric energy; in addition to the proposed operation in Italy, build one or more replicas of the Company’s existing bitcoin cryptocurrency infrastructure currently located in Serbia; and financing the developing of innovative hardware solutions for crypto currency mining and making a direct move in the segment of new crypto validators."

Just to clarify, I believe we get 70% of that EUR 7.8m if we are successful, which works out roughly at £4.5m. Not to be sniffed at, that's for sure.

"Finally, QBT wishes to clarify the next procedural steps of the civil trial:

CL17 will file a request with the Court for the restart of the legal proceedings.

The Court will agree a first hearing to restart the proceedings and allow the heirs of the defendant to agree to an appearance in court. At that hearing, the Court will agree a second and final hearing.

At this final hearing, the parties shall define their claims and the Court shall assign terms for the Conclusive Briefs.

Following this, each party’s legal counsel will have 80 days to file their Conclusive Briefs to the Judge.

The Judge’s ruling is then expected within a 60-90 day time frame following the conclusion of the Conclusive Briefs Period."

No decision is being made on November 10th. It'll be March at the earliest before we get any closure.

Should have been. But at the rate they were recruiting patients, as of July, less than 1% of participants, I woiuldn't hold my breath.
