There are too many inconsistencies with this outfit with too many ifs, ands and maybes. There's nothing concrete here to base any form of new investment in, so it's purely a spin in the casino that is AIM.

Court hearing - 6th February 2025 - That was 3 weeks ago today, and not a sniff of what this was about or how it was concluded. That's poor. If it was simply a prodecural hearing, communicate that. Failure to do so does nothing for confidence.

This is a fact. There are important clatifications that need to be made regarding the court case, the Nashville jolly and revenue.

Shareholders can only be mushrooms for so long. Our money doesn't seem to have been put to sleep, more like put in a coma, but I'm giving it a couple of weeks more and then I'll be off unless that gets addressed.

I think there are more people of the same mind than you'd give credit to. The next RNS has got to be a home run for me, as whilst I've been sitting "patiently" on the sidelines, I've watched a lot of other money making opportunities pass by in the time it's taken to get where we are now. As I mentioned earlier, this is a very, very fast environment the company is trying to influence and I worry about getting beaten to the punch by other more well funded and dynamic companies, irrespective of what's been achieved.

It's make or break time for me now. If I sell and it comes good, que sera. It won't be the first time that the ship sails without me.

We are, however, operating in a tech field where speed is of the essence, with major players developing new things on what seems like a daily basis. Speed is key here now, and it's real race against the clock to deliver. The company will know this, and hopefully won't be taking a relaxed approach to it all.

Could be a strong showing this week. Updates are due anytime for the US trip and the court case, so sit tight and wait and dont get involved in all the childish back and forth. There'll be a time for that. Best of British to you.
