You’re right Mr Nation. That money would go a long way to further expanding the business. 15% is a drop in the ocean when you consider the potential. Just trying to work out Rp’s options, possible strategy. One being he doesn’t exercise them at all.

Would RP not do just that with his 8% to avoid diluting his own shares. He hasn’t sold any to date.

Just a thought as keeps getting batted about occasionally. Considering RP has 8.17% of Zoe's shares, would it be counterproductive for him to exercise the 24mill warrants at 5p, bearing in mind the cost and dilution to his holdings? Not great at maths and understand it would depend on the sp at which they were exercised.

When this was solely an O&G company the sp was around the 40p mark. Shortly we could easily be bringing in £1 mill a month, way beyond any anticipated well production revenue. The penny will drop eventually.
