Well these are the only reasons I can think of.

Simply Wall street have it all wrong( although insider holdings look correct)

The Investment companies have failed to notify Integumen( a big faux pas and would so many do that?)

Integumen has failed to notify the market( doubtful as a massive endorsement of the company)

It has been calculated based on a lower number of shares in issue(prior to dilution)

Any other suggestions, anyone?

It'd be easy to ask Gerard the answer but where's the fun in that? Could previous dilution not have been taken in to account when holdings have been calculated? They could all be sat just under the 3% notification threshold. Even Goldman Sachs have a slice!

If they all do hold and I don't believe otherwise, we've been very lucky. Imagine where the sp would be from all them TR1 notifications from those huge II's. 20p or more?
