It's a disgrace! The EA prosecute companies for many millions every year but the fines go to the treasury not them. Their budget gets cut every year! How do they expect them to keep up with monitoring our waters?

I wonder if it could become part of the NHS Dermatology department's arsenal? From previous experience, granted several years ago, conditions were mostly diagnosed based on visual assessments and not very successful.
