AXM has been moving strongly into the commercialisation stage with its technologies for some time and in my role on the Board I am heavily involved in the matching of projects to the technology for this purpose. A number of serious large and medium scale project's have been under review and discussion for some time for potential technology licencing and deployment.

Regarding the potential MC: This reached 0.26p on the initial Licence Agreement with Accudo Metals. The BOD refused to sell the technology for in excess of �9mill. We have also potentially cracked a cost effective method for extracting Lithium from hard rock. The start of a JV Vanadium project is to start early 2018. We are fully funded through 2018 and are close to completing the Accudo DFS which will release the first of the agreed payments to us. Hope that helps.

Hi Chesh, just done a very very rough calc and reckon about 600 million shares were traded between 0.18p (placing announced) and 0.15p. Hoping some of them were placing shares and a few have taken lower between now and 16th November. Only guess work, they may all still be holding and waiting like us.

Option 1: Complete DFS, pay us, then convince investors to spend millions on mines( as Duster pointed out the assets are then more costly) Option 2: Almost complete DFS wink wink, buy inefficient mines cheaply for investors, everything is in place then full stop for our gratification on DFS. So 0.23p first resistance to break through you reckon? Almost 100% from where we are now then :)

Curious on views regarding potentially 200 mill being exercised at 0.225. The placees will buy when the sp is above this and sell when they're content. We've traded 300 mill plus in a day. Will it make for much of a resistance line? Anyone?

Hi Chesh bud. The notification of the asset purchases will signify the done deal I reckon. If BM are happy to suggest investors spend millions on mines, a reputable company isn't going to tell them weeks later "actually them mines you paid for aren't any good because at the end of our due diligence we discovered....." Also on DFS they pay us, imagine if they did that but couldn't then buy the mines to make their own profits.
