Only just picked up on this: Accudo foundation funders and BlueMount clients will fund a detailed feasibility study. "Clients" so they've always had invested interest from external sources following it's progress. The mines that make up part of the project . And for those in doubt as to whether or not the DFS had even started, 21st June The Chairman of Accudo, Dr Saliba Sassine, said that "with the signing of the heads of terms, Accudo will now proceed to conduct a definitive feasibility study ("DFS") with a view to producing a bankable feasibility study if the DFS is positive."

You're right Chesh. I haven't even mentioned the 3.5% Royalties as that will take time but if we were to receive payments close to even a third of our MC, relatively soon, that's got to be a big positive. A long shot but could the placing have been because they want a slice of their own cake? Part of that investment would be to pay themselves haha.

I don't believe they're doing anything immoral ICL, I just don't think once the assets are purchased there will be a delay whilst the DFS is completed. It must be complete in order for them to attract investors (BFS). Money raised to forward the project and payments of AU$250,000 to us on all mines selected( up to 5 ) plus possibly AU$1,350,000 for exclusivity. Just don't get how we are at BFS stage,IMO but Accudo are claiming not to have completed DFS. My previous post is the only logical reason I believe. Welcome any other explanations though. Love you too x

Might be that it's the asset buying investors that stump the bill for our payments. Can be all bundled into one. If they reveal DFS is complete it would be Bluemount Aka Accudo that would need to make the payments.

1. Royalty Alexander will receive a royalty of 3.5 per cent. ("Royalty") for product produced using the Leaching Technologies ("Plant Product"). The Royalty to be calculated either on the gross value of London Metal Exchange Grade copper or zinc cathode ("Sold Product") or, for any other Plant Product which has been sold and for which payment is received or entitled to be received ("Sold Product"). 2. Project Payments In addition to the Royalty, the Licensee shall pay MetaLeach progress payments for each Project as follows: a. AU$250,000 on the completion of a Definitive Feasibility Study for each Project that clearly establishes the technical, economic and financial feasibility of the Project and the use of the Leaching Technologies in Processing Operations with respect to a Plant located in the particular Project Tenements subject to this Licence Agreement; b. AU$250,000 within seven calendar days of the first commercial sale and shipment of Plant Product utilising the Leaching Technologies; and c. AU$250,000 three months after the first sale and shipment of Plant Product utilising the Leaching Technologies. 3. Grant of Option Conditional upon the payment by the Licensee to MetaLeach of the payments set out below the Licensee shall have the Option to convert the non-exclusive component of the Licence into an exclusive Licence (exclusions excepted for any Licence Agreement(s) already executed with third parties at the time of the Option exercise) for the use of the Leaching Technologies in Australia. Exercise of the Option is conditional upon the Licensee commencing and funding, on standard commercial terms, technical work with MetaLeach and commencing with a feasibility study for the Leaching Technology on the first Project within one year from the date of execution of the Licence Agreement, and the following payment(s) to MetaLeach: a) at any time within 12 months from the date of execution of the Licence Agreement: AU$850,000; or b) on reaching the point where, for the first Project selected, a Licence Fee payment of AU$250,000 is due to MetaLeach as above in 2(a) and within 20 working days therefrom: a payment AU$1,350,000.

Hi Pete, I included the completion of DFS payments too. Either way big money to us.

21 June 2017 DFS: "It is expected that the study will take approximately six months to complete, at the end of which a decision will be made by Accudo on whether to acquire the assets." The announcement of asset purchase is roughly 6 months from this. I agree Chesh. Next update could include payments and if the deadline for the option for an exclusive Licence was also extended to 21st January and taken, approximately half our MC is due? (please check this someone)

Accudo's planned technical work is to progress from the first stage test work and complete a definitive feasibility study ("DFS") with a view to producing a bankable feasibility study ("BFS") if the DFS is positive Definition of BFS A feasibility study is "bankable" if it has been prepared in enough detail and with enough objectivity that the company could submit it to investors or lenders when seeking financing for the project. Is that not what we are in the process of doing?

0.18p before the placing stopped its run. Reckon this would be 0.26p or above by now if they weren't selling. Had over a year to drift now, reckon AXM will be cropping up on folks calendars reminding them the wait is almost over. .
