Careful what you wish for - Roche have the market pretty well sewn up and if they cannot get reagents...
DHSC just tweeted about the deal :)
I agree this is a good step though - proves they have done all the due dilligence and the rest - future deals will just be about commercials rather than the product/QMS itself. Cant wait for next RNS.
This was stated on the original investor presentation a couple of months back - I think we should not count on non UK orders until we have seen the replacement for the MoU - I would personally make any supply agreement contingent on first refusal if I were the UK Gov. Then again - all bets are off on the UK gov!
I believe this contract is initially replacing the agreement that clearly existed with Fortress Diagnostics for the previous surveillance study. Hopefully that means that there will be substantial larger orders as that programme and other programmes come online.
Don't forget, we are a contract manufacturer not the owner of the IP and we expect to get paid 1.50 per test with 75p being profit.
We do have other products to sell - interesting that there will be a trading statement at the end of October.
Funny how not a single person recommends my post with the only factual, quantified information to answer the question.
I'm not impressed that we are manufacturing so little.
£262,500 with 50% of that being gross profit.
This is not huge, however it could be the start of greater things to come.
This data is based on the less recent investor presentation. Don't forget that even if we sell these to the government for £10 - we get paid a royalty to manufacture them only.
Can't fault CK as an Operational Leader - however part of being a CEO is putting the right person, in the right place at the right time.
Too many times he's been put infront of a camera and the market has the same reaction every time - imagine Colin King demonstrating the iPhone to the world the first time, we'd probably all still be using a 3310!
French TGV ?
You will soon get a red dot for price monitoring, please refrain from soiling yourself.
Wow - nearly 500m alone published today!
Is this not the first stage of the already announced win ?
Closing down is probably smart considering the management have seen the books and you haven’t.
The question is how that leases have to be paid still as do other fixed costs. How much Runway does Cineworld have before recapitalisation is needed ?
Could be a prime Hostile takeover target at 10p
It’s an OTC, it isn’t a share.
It’s like a synthetic share - never going to track
So the OTC is basically not 1-1 for the actual share - however it tracks quite closely. If the rise was after close today then this is great news !
I mentioned this before - but having recently taken a blood test for life insurance.
Spit is infinitely preferable to blood due to the (perceived) pain. It’s also worth noting that for my test it was mandatory to be observed on a video link - this is for Vitality.
Does anyone know much blood is required for a test like ours ? I was able to only fill 450uG in one vial from three lancets/fingers.
I was supposed to do two vials of 600uG.
Guys - I fear sometimes for the board.
The test that you see advertised is NOT the same as the UKRTC one. This has nothing to do with the UK Government, this is the one we material transferred from Mologic (and will likely owe them royalties on each sale).
Anything sold under the Visitect brand is NOTHING to do with UKRTC.
Excellent news to see the prices up online though, hardly news that they would try and sell something that they've had CE marked.
I wonder what will come tomorrow if we can get some decent orders RNS'd.
I am going to save any of you that are new here some time.
If you think anyone is tweeting about MHRA goings on is genuine, please have a think about it. Absolute garbage from InvestmentBanker - the holiday one being one of the more ridiculous statements.
Mologic are quite literally a ‘not for profit’. Last 9inch in the ol’ coffin there pal.
All this Boris bashing, a bit unfair. He didn't have the first global pandemic in 100 years to deal with.
