Can't fail. Seriously once the TSP is paid along with the massive reduction in running costs, it was ridiculous how much they reduced it and does give the clear impression that they squandered cash on a daily basis on fook all. Anyhow along with those two factors the gross margins have gone up. Seems like enet could of not remained above water but it has. From here now only a right group of plonkers could fook this up in regards to creating value for shareholders and the company alike.

Under the Settlement Proposal, valid creditors will be repaid in full over a period of 12 months, in four quarterly instalments, with the first payment being made within 90 days of exiting the TSP. Guaranteed and Priority Creditors would have priority for repayment, followed by General Creditors. According to the Company's financial registers, the total creditor balance subject to the Settlement Proposal is US$1.6 million.
