Wasn't me who posted that. I do recall somebody posting that across in Canada they were claiming the geology was known to be problematic but I haven't seen anything to back that up. The NI-43-101 would have picked that up if it were a major impediment to mining.

There may well be a whole series on covenants in place that require a certain amount of finance. Seems like the previous BOD weren't entirely up-front with events as they unfolded.

The TR1 states, in section 7, "Total number of voting rights held in issuer - 131,162,359" yet:-

"CFDs, or swaps, are equity derivatives that give investors exposure to a company’s share price without requiring them to buy the stock. The investor can gain returns on rising share prices but has no voting rights in the company."

I'm not sure, in this current market, comparisons like these are particularly useful. Add to that the differences between the two projects and it makes any sort of worthwhile assessment of their respective similarities/differences difficult (and that goes for in a normal market as well).

Closed on 13p on the TSX yesterday and on reasonable volume as well, 6.7m with heavy trading all the way up to the close so at a guess I'd say something has leaked.

I don’t think China or India feel particularly bothered by what’s going on in Ukraine and these two countries have 40% of the world’s population and both are resource hungry. On top of that a local considering buying Kun Mamie is not going to be deterred either so yes I think your statement is rather stupid.

A price to earnings calculation might be a more appropriate way to value Horizonte once A1 is in production and debt has been paid back. Given the enormous potential still to be unlocked even after A1 has become fully operational a P/E ratio of 20+ wouldn’t be out of the question.

That would value Horizonte much higher especially if the current low interest rate environment persists.
