A 30 second bit of research at Companies House would tell you that MSP Corporate Services Ltd are still the company secretary and will continue to be so until the recruitment process to appoint an internal company secretary is complete. And for the record the company secretary was not involved in signing off last year's accounts so I'm not sure why you believe they would be this year? Accounts are typically signed off by directors but I guess you knew that since you are an expert.

Anyone taking Castle's investment advice must need their head examining. Look look at his posting history, most of this shares have tanked. Perhaps he should spend more time on those boards instead of one he has no financial interest in.

Last reported accounts RR Holdings reported an annual loss of £3434 million and has a balance sheet deficit of £4875 million. Doesn't sound like it's profit making to me...

Minimac RR is irrelevant to SYME, but my average is 92p, and the company has never had a suspension or late accounts plus it makes a profit if you must know.

It's time to leave this cesspit until it returns to some sort of normality. Whilst there a few genuine posters that want to discuss Syme perfomance there are far to many rampers and derampers that are making this board an unpleasant experience. Both sides are as guilty as each other. There's those that are launching rockets everyday and there are those that keep repeating the same old fact that the share price is down. And then there are the idiots, (won't mention a name but he claims AZ was paid more than POTUS in 2020).
Quite frankly a lot of you need to take a good look at yourselves in the mirror. There are those of you that claim to be non-invested and are here purely out of interest but seem to spend a lot of time posting. (That must be a great chat up line down the pub - "what do you do?" , Oh, I post on a share bulletin boardthat I have no shares in")
I'll return when the board has more integrity and useful information, but I might just have the occasional look in to make sure Castle isn't telling any more porkies

Would just like to apologise to everyone else for my on-going calling out of Castle. I'm all up for decent debate, I don't ramp this share and I do listen to all sides of the debate. What I won't put up with is idiots like Castle who make up lies and expect us not to challenge them. People like him should be taken to task

Castle, you clearly don't understand what a company secretary does, its not an important role in the overall company structure, more of an admin role. Please do some research...

Holly, in your own words, you've no fantastic business acumen. did it not cross your mind that Syme considered the appointment of an internal company secretary to be a strategic forward move? I guess not as you only ever have a negative thought process

If you check at Companies House the existing (corporate) company secretary is still in place. They will no doubt remian there until they have recruited for the position and Syme has filed resignation paperwork. In any event, it is more likely that a director would sign off the accounts - which if you look at the 2020 accounts was what happened.
This is clearly a position that Syme are actively strengthening in and you and your fellow derampers are trying to put a negative spin on it. Now you have all the information I suggest you move on from this topic as its not a positive for derampers

Holly, the secretary was a corporate third party as is common in company formations. They are now recruiting to have their own person in place. I thought someone with your vast business experience would recognise this, or perhaps you're either not as smart as you think you are or you're trying to put a negative spin on everything Syme, which is is? Because you're making yourself look pretty stupid!

Because I'm interested in FinTech (and in BioTech) and - unfortunately for you, perhaps - my interest in FinTech coincided withe the genesis of SYME / RTO.

I'm not invested, long or short.

Castle, the role of company secretary was previously outsourced to MSP Corporate Services Limited, it's now being brought in house, no doubt to assist with the anticipated expansion plans
