I was so close to investing here. But at over 1000% down then thank the lord i did not! How long that is going to take. Also a string of words that is pretty pointless and depends on the revenue associated with the black hand deal.

Err, how can you be 1000% down? If you lost everything you would be maximum 100% down!

I imagine it would be the equivalent of the FRC in Italy, the client's accounts would be the ones showing the transaction as a sale.

Lex, I'm sure we all know people with larger mortgages, however the point is that those lenders would have satisfied themselves that the client had the ability to repay the amount borrowed, that is the key point here.

Analyser, I think you are distorting IFRS, the actual conditions for revunue recognition are:

Risks and rewards of ownership have been transferred from the seller to the buyer.
The seller loses control over the goods sold.
The collection of payment from goods or services is reasonably assured.
The amount of revenue can be reasonably measured.
Costs of revenue can be reasonably measured.

Doesn't say anything about customer taking delivery

I think castle is very confused, in the first post below he claims to have amde money in Amigo, but here in the second post he claims to have lost money, the poor chap gets so tied up in his own lies he doesn't know where to turn
