Problem with forecasts Pdub is that they are just that, a guess at the future. The margins that Bushveld work on are too narrow to allow for any unfavourable events, eg fall in vanadium pricing, exchange rate movements etc. Yes, when they go in the right direction profits are made, but when they go in the wrong direction, losses are made as we have seen over the last couple of years.
Vanadium prices and exchange rates are outside of Bushveld's control and the markets don't like that, that's why the company is valued so lowly. Yes, there will be spikes in the share price as previously seen, but long term, if they can't weather the fluctuations in pricing and exchange rates with sufficient margins then the share price will fall back.
Just my opinion, DYOR
