Had an email today concerning SAYE schemes, basically for every 1 share of AIM BREE you were due to buy, you'll get .2 of Main Market BREE.
I'm buying Breedon shares in an SAYE scheme. I'm assuming that the option will be divided by 5, so if you're due to buy 10000, you'll end up with 2000
Going to get 1 share for every 5 you own when they go to the main market....
Stas, it's GGG and Tony reinvesting their dividends from last month.....
I hold both. Been buying PBR for about 8 months. Mainly for the ridiculous dividend return.
LJust do a transfer like I did from II to Freetrade. No trading costs, just 9.99 a month for SIPP and ISA. Transfer completed in about a fortnight.
His parents must have loathed him to call their child Bloody Nora!!! ????
Luckily I've just had an old pension drop into my SIPP. just bought a load of cheap I3e to hopefully boost its future value and return. Thanks to all the panic sellers that have dropped the price to bargain levels. 20.8p is a 9.8% return, I'll take that thanks very much.
Sphinx, why would I want the price down? I was just giving a view from site. Not everyone here is playing games. Just trying to give people Invested an idea of the lay of the land. Some investors are putting money into companies based on spreadsheets etc, I have money in several building firms based on what I see at work.
I work for Breedons, and most of the sites I work on, including Persimmon, Taylor Wimpey, Bellway etc are putting the next phases on hold. This could be months or for longer. Also bricks, tiles etc are now easily available whereas this time last year there was a long delivery delay. Just my view of the housing construction industry from site level.
Freetrade, 3 different price settings. I pay 9.99 a month for GIA, ISA and a SIPP. just pay stamp duty, no charges for trading. Except FX on US stocks. Used to be with II, saved me a fortune
Is that the pipeline that had all the trouble in North Dakota? Protesters etc? Glad it's finally up and running.
You ordered your Ferrari Tony? Next years I3 divs will cover the cost won't they?
Breedon make their own cement in the Hope Valley. Most aggregates when I operate from are dug from one of two Breedon quarries less than 20 miles away. These two, supply sand and gravel into Notts, Leics and Lincs. The only products Breedon buy are admix for the concrete. Not sure if this is replicated across the UK. Unfortunately due to Putins actions, the truck and plant fuel bills have doubled. (My truck has gone from 140 a day fuel to 280 plus adblue) However in the East Mids we have been busy all summer and are still relatively busy even now when it usually really quietens down.
Who next? Humphrey the number 10 cat? He'd probably have more of an idea than thoae in Government and Opposition....
Wasn't me, I sold all my EOG and put it back into here, to make the money back and hopefully a bit more.....
How can it be sustainable and carbon friendly by cutting down trees, chipping the bits, loading it on a train, hauling it across Canada to put it on a boat that does 6 inches to the gallon, then from Hull, on another train to Drax?
Not a problem, anytime.
Just have some patience.
Dividend Max has dec date 9th Sep, ex 15th and pay date 11 Oct
