so we have some time then. Could we get a thread going about how 1,87 will be hit by the end of the week and 10 quid by xmas. I think there is a timeline of just a few weeks already proposed but it needs some more arrogance and loathing added to it to make it really worthy. Anything else we should do for when they arrive.
just like old times
anyone know what time the yanks will turn up ?
Credit due.
A post with interesting info and data, applied then to a gentle prediction of effect on the business.
**** me but kudos O.
Hopefully this thing gstops quickly, but even MM might get away with a nice Sunday morning pump. I think Mr Biscuit is licking his lips at the prospect.
I am part of the 100% majority that think Mr Biscuit is a pain in the arse. Pointed out as being a pump a dump dick he insists on filling every thread with his “mummy, why won’t they let me win” message, which means the rest of us have to scroll endlessly through any thread he post too. Whilst his post are always *******s, it makes finding any information a chore. Maybe that’s the end game?
Mr Biscuit we all know the text off by heart, do us all and our thumbs a favour and just post “insert dumb ass text here”.
That said I do enjoy the **** tske ebetytime he does it so it’s not all bad.
Thanks I advance.
Mr R, thought I was already in the bin. But I like what you’ve done with the place. The disco ball and 80s arcade machines are a nice touch. But why so many pictures and of Rocky?
I hope someone can let you know my insightful analysis and witty repartee. They really are too.
Thanks, sod the SP, I’ll sleep better.
Fricking spilling chucker
Hastily = healthy
How about
Investors will weigh risk of earnings for some industries will be hit by lockdowns. Money in these companies will be moved to companies which will see revenues increase due to lockdown. This is substantial sums of money.
A 20% guess is probably as good as any other. How much did the SP fall when the vaccines came out. If vaccines are not keeping us as safe as we thought why won’t the share price rise as the importance of testing returns.
On the quality thing I think general public don’t give a toss, if it’s approved, it’s ok, price will count
Business who really need staff to stay hastily and go home if sick will want a better test. Having staff test before coming into work ie no nurse is a massive win. Quality counts more.
With Boris and the clown car in charge UK will soon have the cost/price advantage .
Pass the message to Avacta team. Yeah right. ROFL
Wet the biscuit man does 1+1 and gets 200.
Just cos even thou he can swallow all sort of stuff from the pumpa-dumps I’m surprised he thinks the rest of us do.
Let’s just put it down to optimism.
Thanks to those doing the heavy lift.
Interesting. Could be a way of getting double bang for bucks in medium term.
i heard midsummer.
now there a vote, whose timelines are worse, his Lordships or Als. At least Al seems to have given up on any timeline.
not just any brochure but a colour brochure !
Energyshares
Good post, even if “some” knew the issues before it’s good to keep abreast of what others are taking about. Share of voice is an asset for any company.
Anyone with a bronze swimming certificate and 5 minutes in Wikipedia knows that so not sure why the bile in your direction. Maybe disappointment that the pump and dump cycle attempt didn’t pay off as much as someone thought it would.
Anyway look at the positive, being thwacked good and proper means you are probably right
I disagree. I think.
If information needs to be disclosed by regulation company may not enter into an agreement which would override it. If they did fail to comply with the NDA which attempted to override regulation, that part of agreement would be hard to enforce.
There are often other clauses which state that if any one clause is found not to be enforceable other clauses remain in force.
Not a lawyer and only enough information to comply with regulation can be released eg big order received. No idea if party needs to be named etc. just know agreements can never overrule law, regulations or courts.
Anyone a lawyer, I admit happily not. But have signed a number of NDA’s :-)
Standard clause but even without it a company must comply with the law and regulations. Entering a NDA does not interfere with that.
It means Avacta interpretation is that nothing new has or material has happened, recently that would affect company performance or results from that which has been stated or is reasonably expected.
Nope. You can’t sign away your obligations.
e. If Receiving Party or any of its Representatives is legally compelled by applicable law, by any court, governmental agency or regulatory authority or by subpoena or discovery request in pending litigation but only if, to the extent lawful, Receiving Party or its Representatives give prompt written notice of that fact to Disclosing Party prior to disclosure so that Disclosing Party may request a protective order or other remedy to prevent or limit such disclosure and in the absence of such protective order or other remedy, Receiving Party or its Representatives may disclose only such portion of the Confidential Information which it is legally obligated to disclose
Good spot Vegas,
It’s almost like he has a little program he runs to login tuck his post logon and repeat.
He wouldn’t do that surely ?
Rap rap a lot of NDAs have a clause about regulation and following the law which overrides confidentiality and about what can be disclosed.
If regulation says they would need to
Rns it would be hard to ignore regardless of NDA. You can’t sign away your legal obligation.
If Avacta had a order for Affimers which hadn’t already been announced and which would change the results by a large amount they should rns.
That said m19 might have a 30 delivery period, with avacta guaranteeing a minimum volume. Until hua in no order recurved although agreement has been signed. So no rns.
Interesting that agreement was signed before spit test lost but M19 the unique global distributor. Points to rights on the covid affimers for home use rather than specific test.
