Well - having read the accounts!! It’s all smoke and mirrors with a shell company thrown in for good measure. They clearly are moving and storing goods for nothing - busy fools.
Having worked in the industry for over 50 years - seen it all before and I certainly haven’t changed my mind - this will all end up in a heap. I wonder how what % of their business is with Tesco? Or Tesco related. Good luck you wiss kids - this ones not for me.

This woman as chairman is a bad move - look what’s happened to Northgate investors capital - she’s clever and has a track record but has made a real **** up of this one.

Ricky 317 Thanks for your time and explanation - I have invested in Northgate for nearly 30 years, so understand the business well and van sales are cyclical but always bounce back.
What I garnet relished wad that Reede Plc was the chairman’s previous company!!
She was involved with Stobarts and Did a similar thing with Auto-logic - She left Stobart after a confrontation with Tinkler with Esther a large payoff.

If they have any sense they won’t - they’ve got more commercial sense and I guess would not want to take on some of the ludicrous commercial contracts.

Was in the industry for over 50years - have seen this coming for a long time. Agree with a lit you say. The only good thing they have done is drive a cleaner smarter look to the industry - I had a great career working in the UK and Overseas in the industry.

What about XPO, DHL or the company that took over Downton,NTF & Parcelforce (Hong Kong investment Bank)

They are having a good nose to see what commercial knowledge they can suss out - standard - did it dozens of time. To much for Wincanton to take on - it would sink them in many ways.

Now that’s a thought - would blow their minds - 2 companies, 2 different mind sets. ESL run at very low margins deliberately to win the business - in many ways have ruined the UK logistics business.

Why does this not surprise me?

Wait for the Tinkler takeover!!

Not good reading, not good for shareholders, Tinkler is a chance, seen all this before, why has it taken the chairman so long to get a grip plus the auditors and renumeration committee?

If I were a senior Sec for ESL the transport company I outdone Ntg well pleased because Pictures of a Tinkler are in the press stood in front of there trucks and he is nothing to do with that business.

This will affect the share price for some time whilst they sort this mess out.
