RE: Suspension13 Feb 2020 18:19
It could be 6 months if they have no intention of resuming trading and will continue to negotiate the best offer whilst suspended and then put it to a vote of shareholders.
Or they could RNS an update tomorrow, resume trading Monday, watch the share price smash 18p upon open, settle at 35-40p range for a few weeks, along with a few MM games and dips, and that way they will either have priced the sale of MT into the share price and won't pay a spwcial dividend, or they will pay a special dividend as well.
Or if they are going for a whole company sale, they will then use the more realistic share price range as leverage and achieve an amazing buyout price for the whole sale.
Pure speculation on my part, the only thing I'm certain about is whether this resumes trading or is just bought out, the holders will be left with more than 7p a share, and the shorting flankers will be incinerated to a crisp
