This isn't just Ethernity setting timelines there's plenty of support from across the industry with many deployments 21-22-23.
Many shares will benefit not just Ethernity. However Ethernity share price has so far to go even just to reach the current situation that it could add 25% a month for the next year and still be cheap.

After several years of waiting and last year talk of H2 2021 mass deployment.
We are now at H2 2021 contracting and mass deployment H1 2022. Although Ethernity will be commencing sales well before actual deployment. Given the squeeze in some chips integrators will want product on earlier schedules and tight supply contracts.
This is what we have been waiting for and it's about to start. Anyone who just sold, thinking of selling or sitting on cash is insane.

Answering a question about how all the ecosystem can be different when there are clear interoperability mandates. Yes there are however they assume the use of a totally open network built within the designated structure. However what I think we'll see is Off the shelf ASICs used for functions that cannot limited future proofing. The programmable fabric will then be used in limiting factors only. This is the best of both worlds approach. ASICs has an output, a product just like any other solution. The Ethernity DU just has to be matched to the actual system not the model system. That's why they are working together on a complete solution for each of the ISPs.
FPGA would have been used for the prototype even on ASICs then they would replicate the result in a ASICs solution losing the ability to change. Ethernity use the prototype structure and build a solution from it in the same form. That can be repurposed many times and parameters changed on the fly.
So use cheaper and available ASICs in some roles and fpga and virtual solutions in others.
Not much press about this but some back to 2019 as a possibility.
I believe that is what we are seeing.

The mix of ASICs and programmable components will be the way it is done. When you think only some elements require flexibility as long as they can be made interoperable.
I really struggled with how Ethernity could work in isolation in 3 places maintaining separation. This is done because each is actually different therefore the solution is unique and the parties are already contracted.
All DU functions but all different. This is because the ecosystem of each is different. The same problem but different environments. This makes fpga the perfect application. Other NICs in the Dish chain will be maybe between the edge and the DU or the Radio and the DU. I don't know but clearly the process is disaggregated and geographically displaced from typical ASICs based end to end networks.
Ethernity has on many levels ran products that can function on Ethernity fpga or any other vendors.
The Nokia elements will be their regular kit I am sure. So Ethernity will have to work with whatever is before and after in the system.

The DU requires flexibility inthe stated remote from the tower location. That's why I think that it is Ethernity and the virtual router is perfect and scalable for this.

I don't have any interest in Silicom so I know nothing about them.

Dish are working with Dell and Ethernity are working with 3 major server manufacturers on a DU solution with virtual routing. Dish are deploying an open ecosystem that is function based. Ethernity working with the Dell to custom the DU solution to the exact requirement of the network (not a interoperable network) . So this isn't a off the shelf solution applicable to other deployments. This is why they are working with 3 and not producing a product to market for DU. This means the interoperability is not from a ecosystem model therefore it is from an ASICs device simply because they are working on a custom device.
It is also worth noting that Nokia will be working with Dish.
This is open because it is not Nokia end to end. They have divided the system by function. Dell has the DU function and I bet that Dish sent them to Ethernity.
NICs will be involved at every point to form the ecosystem. Networks cannot interface with out them.

Dallo agreed. I get why people are more moderate but the switch is being flipped on a new market. Looking back for performance indicators is a pointless exercise.
A case in point Dish will require an absolute minimum of 20000 DU stations. Each may have several Ethernity units. The rollout will be over a 2-3 year period so maybe we are looking 10000 units a year from early next year. There is the $10m straight away.
The potential for exponential growth is massive.

I don't think that Ethernity has a history of delays. The delays are within the sector and not unique to Ethernity. Now with multiple assets commencing at the same time delays in individual elements will have less impact. Realistically one DU rollout could wipe your $10m away

$1.26 Tarana so far. That is 6 months before the start of the period.

Given 2022 is projected at $2.5m UEP, $1.26m so far, DU's in mass deployment (potentially 3 mass deployments)
ACEnic-100 in mass deployment 2022 with Asian national service provider.
Ethernity firmware and virtual products in deployment 2022 with a Chinese OEM.
I doubt that amounts to $10. I expect Tarana to be $5 alone. I think that 2022 will be $15m minimum.
2021 I think that we'll see at least one substantial contract payment for the DU product. It would be typical to have a design engagement payment. I believe $2m for a major contract like Dish. The last I heard they were on course to achieve their goals so I don't expect that they will fall short as it was quite modest given the rapidly expanding opportunity.

So the chip shortage is stalling connections. The tower (Ethernity part) devices are installed but they are waiting for the home router device.

Meanwhile deployments in Australia and expansion of the US deployments are looming. H2 will see many Tarana deployments flagged adding to the order book for Ethernity.

Decent day after yesterday. Buys reported late in red and several 20k sells. I guess someone exits. I don't know who this time. Certainly don't know why. After 3.5 years of waiting contracts for substantial sums are in the short term window.
One piece of news between here and 60p in my opinion.

Plenty of delayed publication trades today as MMs cover their trail. A 20k seller so far holds back the buying but can't last for too long.

I stick with +5% today on the share price. Money left yesterday anticipating a BS drop on positive news. That money will come back today. Nobody wants to be out of this share right now. 60p within 2 weeks I suspect.
