Last time i saw a similar agreement was between Newmont and OMI. Their sp went from 1.8 to +10 in few days!

Thanks Fulmar, yes, i think the buyers knew about the new targets before the last CC (when NVS mentioned the same 3 targets Cheyeza, etc..) and that was the main reason for the NDAs and they were just waiting for the soil samples for confirmation.
